Make a fist with your hands, lifting your skin from the corners of your mouth to the front of your ears, and from your nostrils toward your temples, holding for three seconds (three times). Place your thumbs under your chin and your hands around your nose and mouth. Lift your skin toward your temples, holding for three seconds (three times). Pinch your jawline between your index and middle fingers, and slide your fingers from the tip of your chin to the bottom of your ears, holding for three seconds (three times). Pinch the base of your ears with your index and middle fingers, and slide your fingers from top to bottom (three times).
